I think if you deleted a Kanaxai or two, people might crap their pants.

I find that GW economy is not dealing with supply and demand... its based on DEMAND ONLY. Ectos had been overflowing the market since before the SF update, yet prices still decreased in ectos. The market is only dealing with demand only, not quantity, unless of course everyone had one.

My suggestion, if you really wanna blow 2 mil, give it to some nice people in guru via the giveaway threads. Better yet, massively buy a bunch of ectos from the rare material trader and drive ecto prices up.

U buy and delete 1000 necrid horsemen on 28/08/08..
On 28/08/08, 5000chars have their first b-day...
from 5000chars, 1000 of them get a mini necrid horseman
so u deleted 1000 but 1000 were re-created that day so u just wasted money and time

Although if u did that with a mini that is not re-created day after day (i.e: Kuunavang)
the price would go up i guess

This.

Potentially, it's you and about 12 other people who's favorite mini is the Necrid Horseman. Some people want one for the HoM, but after that, they don't really care.

The demand for white first year minis is almost nonexistent.

I really dont think one man would be able to effect the economy by deleting Horseman, no matter how many their are. Now, if you deleted, say, 75 Nornbears, Ruriks, Gwens, Imps, or a bunch of Celestial Compasses... hehehe
